Welcome to InspireEdu! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services related to study abroad programs. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
- Acceptance of Terms – By using the InspireEdu website and services, you agree to these Terms, including any future amendments. Your continued use of the website and services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any changes made.
Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent to use our services.
Services Offered – InspireEdu provides information, counseling, and application assistance for students seeking to study abroad. Our services include but are not limited to:

•Pre-departure orientation
- User Obligations- When using our services, you agree to:

Intellectual Property- All content on the InspireEdu website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of InspireEdu or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without our explicit written consent.
- Limitation of Liability- InspireEdu is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the website or for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the success of any application or the availability of scholarships or financial aid. InspireEdu makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We will act as advisors on education programs, tools, and technologies.
Permitted Use- You agree that you are only permitted to visit, view, and keep a copy of pages from this Site for your personal use. You shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than personal use, unless explicitly authorized by InspireEdu. The content and software on this Site are the property of InspireEdu. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and adhere to Merchant policies and rules.
- Third-Party Links- Our website may contain links to third-party websites. InspireEdu is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites before providing any personal information.
Your Account- If you use this Site, you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for limiting access to your account from any devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your failure to comply with this section.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
- Termination- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our website, us, or third parties. We may release user information about you if required by law.
- No Commercial Use-You are prohibited from using this Site for any commercial purposes, including conducting sales of merchandise or services of any kind.
- Links and Search Results-The Site may automatically generate search results that reference and/or link to third-party sites across the World Wide Web. InspireEdu has no control over these sites or their content. We do not endorse the content of any third-party site, nor do we make any representations or warranties about these sites, including whether they contain viruses or may otherwise affect your computer. You agree and understand that you may not make any claims against InspireEdu for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or link to another site.
- Advertising-The Site may include advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and sponsors providing these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for ensuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. InspireEdu is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
- Governing Law-These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts in Punjab, India.
Terms and Conditions – Online Payments
The client should make the online payment directly and not through any third party. Inspire Education & Career Experts hereinafter referred to as “InspireEdu” will not be responsible for any loss or liability arising out of the disclosure of debit card/credit card or bank account details to any third party by the client during the payment process. If it becomes difficult for the client to make the payment, a third party can make the payment on behalf of the client. In that case, both the client and the third party will be bound by the additional terms mentioned in the Declaration attached herewith.
The records of the company, computerized or otherwise, on the payments shall be accepted as conclusive evidence of the genuineness and accuracy and binding for all purposes, and can be used as evidence in any legal proceedings or otherwise.
The online payment facility is dependent on the performance/speed of the server and related IT infrastructure of the service provider and respective bank. InspireEdu does not guarantee their server uptime and transaction success time. InspireEdu shall not be responsible for the success or failure of the transaction. However, in case of a double charge made due to a technical problem/issue, InspireEdu will refund to the extent of the second repeated charge without interest or any other levy.
The client shall be held solely responsible for the transaction executed. The client should not share the confidential information related to credit cards/debit cards/internet banking/cash cards with anyone. InspireEdu will not be responsible for any misuse of the said information for fraudulent purposes. The IP address of the client may be tracked by InspireEdu . Any misuse of the payment gateway with fraudulent intent will be liable to penal action by InspireEdu.
The client should ensure that their account is adequately funded to ensure transaction success. Any charge/levy by the service provider/bank on account of an unsuccessful transaction due to inadequate funds in the client’s account will be recoverable from the client.
InspireEdu will not, in any way, be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the client as a result of financial transactions on the InspireEdu website. InspireEdu would also not be responsible or liable in any manner for fraudulent use/misuse of the client’s credit card/debit card/internet banking/cash card by a third party.
InspireEdu would not be responsible or liable in any manner for any errors or defects that may exist or for any costs, loss of profits, or consequential losses that may arise from the client’s use of or inability to use, or success or failure, suspension or withdrawal, of all or part of the services at any time. InspireEdu will not accept any liability or responsibility for loss of data or breach of confidentiality, or other consequences, howsoever occurring. However, InspireEdu would assist the customer in recovering the amount, provided the above losses have been caused to the customer for reasons other than their own fraudulent act/mistake/misuse.
In case there has to be a reversal of charges paid online, it would be entirely dependent on the payment gateway’s terms and conditions, and InspireEdu would not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any delay in reversal of the charges.
All payments made shall be dependent on the terms and conditions of the payment gateways/banks. The client understands that by using this service, they explicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment gateway and the banks and will not hold InspireEdu responsible for any default in compliance with the same.
InspireEdu may from time to time make alterations, additions, or deletions to these terms and conditions, which shall be agreeable to the client and take effect from such date as may be intimidated by InspireEdu.
The client shall not use these services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. The client shall take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized and illegal use of the services and shall not disclose the details of their credit card/debit card/internet banking/cash card to any other person to prevent its unauthorized use.
Due to operational difficulties, InspireEdu may decide to suspend or terminate the services. The client shall be responsible for any transactions made through the services until the time of such termination.
These terms must be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract signed by the client with InspireEdu.
These terms shall be governed by all the applicable laws in India.
Any disputes arising out of these will be falling within the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
